Invoices issued from GuideMe follow Spain's RD 1007/2023 (VeriFactu), so whatever you connect starts out aligned with the rules.
What we are opening up
Creating services from your website
A booking made on your site or engine lands straight in the guide's calendar with date, pax, language and meeting point.
Calendar sync
Check availability and push changes back to your system so nobody duplicates calls or messages.
Accounting output
Send issued invoices to your accounting software or to your accountant's, with nothing exported by hand.
These are the cases we are building with our first integrators. There is no public documentation or open API keys yet: every integration is agreed with us.
How to join the early access
- You write to us describing the system you want to connect and the volume you handle.
- We check whether your case fits what we already have in place and reply with a yes, a no or a when.
- If it fits, we give you access and build the integration with you.
